Lanesboro Ballyleague Notes 19th July’10

Lanesboro – Ballyleague Notes

Mixed Luck in Championship

Pride of place this week must go to local lads Stephen Ormsby, Martin Reynolds and Darragh Hussey and their Roscommon team mates who performed so magnificently on Sunday last when winning the Connaught Final. We congratulate them and look forward to them staking a major claim for the All Ireland.

Unfortunately for the Rathcline senior team it was not to be a case of celebration on their part. Having performed heroically against Dromard their efforts just failed. They now go on to play Drumlish in the next round on August Bank Holiday weekend.
